I’m Luke Wold — executive coach, creative strategist, and former Chief Operations Officer with a global perspective and deep experience in scaling people-powered businesses. I’ve built from the inside, leading teams, managing chaos, and coaching founders behind the scenes of music labels, design studios, and event productions.
I’ve traveled the world, worked across cultures, and met thousands of people. What I’ve learned? Human complexity is your greatest asset if you know how to work with it.
